I had an exceptional stay in Vienna. The hotel's location was perfect, being particularly close to the city center and all the main attractions. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to meet my requirements. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was satisfactory, providing a good start to the day. The avant-garde style of the hotel added an interesting touch to my experience.
I did notice that some tiles in the bathroom were cracked, which could be improved for a better overall experience.

Great design in common spaces! The lobby looks like a bar and has a wonderful area with games and activities. The staff is kind and helpful.
Surprisingly, there was no bread toaster in the breakfast. the rooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

I really got great value for my money at this hotel - the room was comfortable and the staff treated me like family. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be a wider variety of pastries.

Great value for money, with a spacious and cozy room.
The breakfast experience could have been improved with some traditional Austrian food options.
