I had an exceptional stay in Vienna. The hotel's location was perfect, being particularly close to the city center and all the main attractions. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to meet my requirements. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was satisfactory, providing a good start to the day. The avant-garde style of the hotel added an interesting touch to my experience.
I did notice that some tiles in the bathroom were cracked, which could be improved for a better overall experience.

Great design in common spaces! The lobby looks like a bar and has a wonderful area with games and activities. The staff is kind and helpful.
Surprisingly, there was no bread toaster in the breakfast. the rooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
